On this page
There are two stock reports. Stock Valuation shows what the stock you hold right now cost you and what it would sell for. Expiring Stock shows which lots have expired or will expire soon. Both show the situation right now, so there is no period to choose.
Before you begin
- The Owner and Admin roles can see reports. The Staff role has none.
- A role you made yourself needs Open reports to open them. To see the cost columns and the potential profit it also needs See profit & cost price.
- The expiry report only covers products that keep batches and expiry dates (Track batches & expiry switched on for the product).
See the value of your stock
- Open the list of reports.
On a computer
Click Reports in the menu on the left.
On a phone or tablet
Open Reports from Menu.
- Tap Stock Valuation.
- At the top are three totals: Total cost value (what the stock you hold cost), Total retail value (what it would bring in at today's prices) and Potential profit (the difference).
- The table below lists each product's On hand, Cost value and Retail value. On a phone, swipe the table sideways to see the whole row.

Only products with stock above zero are listed. A product with variants has a row per variant. The values use each product's current Cost price and selling price.
See expiring stock
- In the list of reports, tap Expiring Stock.
- The boxes at the top show expired stock, stock expiring soon, and lots with no expiry date: how many lots each, and what they are worth at the lot's cost. How many days count as "soon" is written under the title.
- Filter the list with the buttons below them: all, expired, expiring soon and, when there are any, no date.
- Each lot shows the product and batch number, the quantity on hand, the expiry date and its status: expired, the days left, or no date.

If a batch number or expiry date was typed wrong, tap the lot's name in the list to open Correct this lot. Correct it and tap Save; Tukri shows "Lot updated." Only the label changes, never the quantity.
To write off expired stock and for everything else about lots, see Batches and expiry dates.
Download it
Use the buttons at the top right. Stock Valuation downloads as a Download PDF or a CSV; the expiry report as a CSV only. On a phone only the icons show.
If something goes wrong
The cost columns and potential profit are missing. Your role does not have See profit & cost price. You then see selling values only, in the downloads too.
The total cost value looks too low. Stock of a product with no cost price counts as zero. Fill in the product's Cost price.
A product is not listed. A product with no stock, or stock below zero, is not in Stock Valuation.
The expiry report is empty. No product keeps batches and expiry dates, or no lot has expired or is expiring soon. How many days ahead count as "soon" is set by someone who can change shop settings, under Settings › Notifications › Expiring-soon window (days).
Correcting a lot is refused. Your role needs Correct stock to correct a lot. Ask the owner.

What the video says
At the end of the month, a profit or a loss? Who owes you, and for how long? Tukri's reports have every answer.
Click Reports in the menu on the left. The list of all reports opens.
Profit & Loss is at the very top. Choose the period at the top: Today, This week or This month. For other dates, tap Custom. Revenue minus what the goods cost is the Gross profit, then minus the shop's expenses, the Net profit. Green for a profit, red for a loss.
Sales by Day shows each day's sales in a chart. The best day for sales is green. Tap a bar to see that day's figures. Below are the Total revenue and the number of sales.
Stock Valuation shows what your goods cost you, and what they would sell for. If you keep batches and expiry dates, there is an expiry report too.
In Receivables aging you see who owes how much, and for how long. Remind those with the oldest dues first.
There are download buttons at the top right, too. Reports are for the Owner and Admin.
