Refund Policy

The Free plan is free forever and never charged. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial that requires no upfront payment, so you can evaluate Tukri before you pay anything.

Monthly plans are billed in advance. If you are charged in error or experience a serious problem you reported to us within 7 days of a charge, contact us and we will review a refund for that billing period. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Yearly plans are billed in advance for the year. If you cancel within 14 days of a yearly charge and have not made significant use of paid features, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, yearly plans are non-refundable, but your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

Email us from the address on your account with your shop name and the charge in question. We aim to respond within a few business days and to treat every request fairly.

Where a payment provider charges non-refundable processing fees, any refund may be net of those fees. We will always tell you the amount before processing.
