When someone works in your shop, give them their own Tukri sign-in instead of sharing yours. Send an invitation to their email address or phone number from Settings › Team and choose their role. Once they accept, they are part of your shop.
Before you begin
- The shop's Owner can invite people. The Admin role cannot at first; the owner can give it that permission in Roles.
- The top of the Team page shows how many users your plan allows. When the limit is reached, no more invitations can be sent.
Send an invitation
- Open Settings:
On a computer
Click Settings in the menu on the left.
On a phone or tablet
Tap Menu in the bar at the bottom, then Settings.
- Open the Team tab at the top. The number of users and the Invite button are at the top of the page.
- Tap Invite. Invite teammate opens.
- In Email or phone, type their email address or mobile number. Use the one they will sign up with: only that account can accept the invitation.
- Choose their Role, for example Staff or Admin. The role decides what they can do in Tukri, so check it before sending.
- Tap Send invitation. Tukri shows "Invitation sent. You can also share the join link below."
- The invitation appears under Pending invitations, marked Pending, until it is accepted.
Send the join link yourself
An invitation to an email address is emailed with its join link. For an invitation to a phone number, send the link yourself as well, so you know it arrived:
- Under Pending invitations, tap Copy link beside the invitation.
- Send the link to them on WhatsApp, Messenger or by text message.

Cancel an invitation
- Under Pending invitations, tap the red bin icon beside the invitation.
- In Cancel this invitation?, tap Cancel invitation, or Keep it if you change your mind.
The link stops working at once. You can invite them again at any time.
What happens next
- When they accept, their name and role appear under Members, and the invitation leaves the pending list.

If something goes wrong
The Invite button is greyed out. Your plan's user limit is reached. The page says "You've reached your plan's user limit. Upgrade to add more members." Pending invitations do not count towards the limit; an accepted one does.
I do not see the Team tab in Settings. Your role does not allow managing the team. Ask the shop's owner.
A role is missing from the list. You cannot invite someone into a role that carries a permission you do not have yourself. The Owner role is never offered in an invitation.
They say the email never arrived. Ask them to check their spam folder, or tap Copy link and send them the link yourself.

Hired new staff for your shop? Instead of sharing your own password, give them a sign-in of their own.
As the shop's owner, open Settings from the Menu. Then go to the Team tab. The top shows how many users your plan allows. Now tap the Invite button.
Enter the staff member's email or phone number, the one they will sign up with. Then choose the Role, such as Staff or Admin. The role decides what they can do. Finally, tap Send invitation.
The invitation waits below as Pending. The join link goes to their email. If you like, tap Copy link and send it on WhatsApp yourself too.
Now it's the staff member's turn. Open the join link on your phone. On the Create an account page, enter your name, and the email the invitation came to. Add your phone number and a password, and tap Create account.
A 6-digit code is sent to your email. Enter the code and tap Verify my email.
Now you see the shop's name and your role. Tap Accept invitation, and you go to the shop's Dashboard. From now on, with your own sign-in, you can work as your role allows.
