After you open an account, Tukri emails you a button and a 6-digit code. Type the code or tap the button to verify your email address. A verified address is how you get your account back later and how important alerts reach you.
Before you begin
- You have opened an account. If not, see Create a Tukri account.
- You can open the email address you registered with.
- If you registered with Google, your email is already verified and there is nothing to do.
Verify with the code
- After Create account, the Email verification screen opens.
- Open your email. Tukri's message has a button and a 6-digit code. If it is not in your inbox, look in Spam or Promotions.
- Type the code into the boxes and choose Verify my email. Tapping the button in the email does the same.
- Once verified, shop setup starts: see Set up your shop.
To do it later
If you would rather not now, choose I'll do this later and carry on with shop setup. To verify later, open Settings, then Security. Under Verification, Verify email sends a new email: tap its button.
If something goes wrong
The email has not arrived. Wait a few minutes and check your spam folder. If it is still missing, choose Resend verification email. You must wait about a minute between sends, and there is a daily limit.
The code is refused. Sending a new email makes the earlier code stop working. Use the code from the newest email.
I typed the wrong email address. Choose Wrong address? Change it on the screen and enter the right address. A new code goes to it.

New to Tukri? Let's get started in 5 easy steps.
First, open tukri.bd. Click the Start free button. To see it in Bangla, click the Bangla switch at the top.
Now let's fill in the form. Enter your name and email, along with your phone number. Then choose a strong password. Use capital and small letters, a number and a symbol. When every tick is green, you're set. Type the password once more, then click Create account.
Now it's time to verify your email. A 6-digit code is sent to your email. Enter the code and press Verify my email. You can also skip it with I'll do this later.
Now set up your shop. First, type the Shop name, then choose the Shop type. Note: the type can't be changed later, so choose the right one. The Phone number is already filled in. Then press Next.
Here, enter the Shop address, and choose the app's Language. If you like, turn on Start with a common product list. You also get a free 14-day Premium trial, no card needed. Finally, press Start my shop.
That's it, your shop is ready! This is your Dashboard. Start from Quick actions. Add your products with Add product. Press Sell to start a sale. When new goods arrive, Receive stock.
